After-Sales Support
Excavator Attachments and Spare Parts from China
After-sales parts availability is one of the biggest concerns when buying Chinese construction machinery. A low machine price is not attractive if wear parts are impossible to replace.
We help buyers bundle attachments and critical spare parts with the original shipment and keep a clear parts reference for repeat orders.

Attachment and Parts Fit Checklist
Send these details before requesting an attachment or parts quote.
| Item | Details Needed | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Hydraulic breaker | Excavator model, weight, flow, pressure, pin size | Prevents undersized or oversized breaker match |
| Bucket or coupler | Pin diameter, stick width, center distance, machine weight | Ensures mechanical fit |
| Rubber tracks | Width, pitch, link count, machine model | Avoids wrong track size |
| Filters and seals | Engine model, hydraulic pump, serial plate photos | Confirms replacement part reference |
Frequently Asked Questions
Short answers to the commercial and technical questions buyers usually ask before they compare suppliers.
Should I order spare parts with the excavator?
Yes. We recommend adding filters, pins, bushings, seals, hoses, teeth, and a basic service kit to the first shipment. It is cheaper to load these with the machine than to air ship them later.
Can you inspect the machine before it ships?
Yes. Our team checks the frame welds, hydraulic connections, engine and component labels, paint finish, order configuration, and loading condition before shipment. We send photos and video before container loading or flat-rack loading.
Do you support CE, EPA, Euro 5, UKCA, or GOST documents?
Certification availability depends on the model, engine, and destination market. We verify documents before quoting so buyers do not pay a deposit on a machine that cannot legally enter their market.
What trade terms can you quote?
We commonly quote FOB Qingdao, CIF to your destination port, or DAP to your location when destination-country delivery is available. Qingdao Port is about 4 hours by road from Jining.
Need a Quote for Attachments?
Send the tonnage, quantity, destination country, preferred trade term, and any engine or certification requirements. We will compare suitable factories and reply with next steps.
